Bulgaria applies a flat 10% personal income tax to its tax residents. Citizenship alone does not create tax residency; worldwide taxation applies only if the individual chooses to relocate and triggers the residence rules.
Dividends are taxed at 5%. There is no wealth tax and no general inheritance tax between close relatives.
