Program Overview

Citizenship of Grenada.

Grenada offers full citizenship in exchange for either a non-refundable contribution to the National Transformation Fund from USD 235,000, or an approved real-estate investment from USD 270,000. The application is processed by a dedicated government unit with strict due diligence and a published service standard.

Grenada is the only Caribbean program whose passport grants treaty access to the United States E-2 non-immigrant investor visa, making it uniquely attractive to entrepreneurs seeking long-term presence in the United States without pursuing a Green Card.

Taxation

No tax on worldwide income, wealth or inheritance.

Grenada applies a strictly territorial tax system. Income earned outside Grenada is not subject to Grenadian income tax, regardless of whether the individual is resident or non-resident.

There is no personal tax on global wealth, no capital gains tax, no inheritance tax and no gift tax. Local-source employment income is taxed at modest rates and is generally irrelevant to investor-applicants who never relocate.
