Program Overview

Residence of Ireland.

We structure Irish residence around an endowment donation of EUR 500,000 to an approved Irish public-benefit project (arts, culture, health, sport or education). The donation is non-refundable but qualifies the principal applicant and family for long-term residence under the wealth / Stamp 0 framework.

Successful applicants receive permission to live in Ireland and to travel freely between Ireland and the United Kingdom under the Common Travel Area, while benefiting from one of Europe's most favourable non-domiciled tax regimes.

Taxation

Remittance basis for non-domiciled residents.

Individuals who are resident in Ireland but not domiciled there are taxed on Irish-source income and on foreign income only to the extent that it is remitted to Ireland. Foreign capital gains are taxable only on amounts remitted.

This regime makes Ireland one of Europe's most powerful planning jurisdictions for internationally mobile families whose income is generated outside the country and held in offshore accounts.
