Program Overview

Citizenship of St. Kitts & Nevis.

St. Kitts & Nevis launched the first formal citizenship-by-investment framework in 1984 and remains a benchmark for the industry. The Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC) is the principal qualifying route, with an approved real estate option also available.

Applications are processed end-to-end through licensed agents, with rigorous multi-source due diligence. Successful applicants and their qualifying family members obtain full citizenship with no requirement to reside, visit or renounce their original nationality.

Taxation

No personal income tax, no worldwide taxation.

St. Kitts & Nevis levies no personal income tax, no capital gains tax, no wealth tax and no inheritance or gift tax on its citizens or residents. Worldwide income is not taxed.

The jurisdiction is well established for private wealth structuring, with mature trust and foundation legislation in Nevis frequently used by international families for asset protection.
